SEBASTIAN BACH Putting Finishing Touches On '(Love Is) A Bitchslap' Video
December 14, 2007Former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach has just put the finishing touches on the first video from his new solo album, "Angel Down", at Macabre studios in New Jersey. According to Bach, "(Love Is) A Bitchslap" is "a live performance video, filmed at the sold-out Calgary Saddledome and Winnipeg MTS Centre shows. The video kicks ass and I can't wait for you all to see it!! The band is rockin' and we played to over 40,000 of you people those two nights, so on behalf of the band, thanks for letting us star in YOUR video, Calgary and Winnipeg!!"

Bach's new solo album, "Angel Down", has sold 13,000 copies in the United States since its November 20 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The CD is Sebastian's follow-up to 1999's "Bring 'Em Bach Alive", which has shifted just under 20,000 units in the U.S. to date.
"Angel Down" was produced by Roy Z (BRUCE DICKINSON, HALFORD, JUDAS PRIEST),and recorded at Sound City Studios and Under City Studios in Los Angeles, CA. Joining Bach in the studio were guitarists "Metal" Mike Chlasciak and Johnny Chromatic, Bobby Jarzombek on drums, and Steve DiGiorgio on bass. GUNS N' ROSES' Axl Rose makes a special guest appearance contributing vocals on three of the album's songs — "(Love is a) Bitchslap", a cover of AEROSMITH's "Back In the Saddle" and "Stuck Inside".
